Standard Delivery Shipping

Stanard Deliveries are made by Royal Mail. UK service is delivered by First Class with Recorded and International Service is delivered by Airsure.

Royal Mail delivers packages Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M and will require signature. Please state a proof of delivery address where you will be present at time of delivery.

International orders that are within Europe 2 zone will be paying for an additional custom charge included in the price, which means as the recipient you are liable to all import taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.

Depending on your country of residence, we advise that import duties and taxes may not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items
Please allow time for credit card clearance, address verification and order processing for estimating package delivery time.
Please note that Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered working days.
Tracking
If you have a registered account with www.thesqc.com, it's easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under
My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the Royal Mail tracking number. (You can also track your order by clicking on Track My Orders. Simply enter the order number and post code information to view the order details).
If you don't have account with www.thesqc.com yet, set one up at My Account.
Once your order is completed, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the Royal Mail tracking information. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the Royal Mail website, where you can follow the progress of shipment.
Exchanges &Refunds
If you would like to Exchange your Item/s, please contact SQ CLUB within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase & would like a refund, please return to SQ CLUB within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
Return the item(s) to us, unused and in their original condition, within 7 days of receipt to the following address;

Please note that We reserve the right to refuse returns of items showing any indication that they have been worn.
*Items are sent at the customer's risk. Therefore, we recommend that you return items using a Royal Mail Registered postal service with compensation cover and obtain a certificate of posting for your records.
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was worn. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit or debit card for the sum paid less the postal costs.
Please allow three working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to reflect on your account.
It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
